The Bigstren vacuum suction lifter with pump is designed for moving glass panels, tiles, slabs, mirrors and windows. Its double-layer suction cup measures 200 mm in diameter, with a maximum lifting capacity of 200 kg.
Creating and monitoring the vacuum
- Pump: creates a vacuum between the suction cup and the material surface.
- Vacuum gauge: displays 0–760 mmHg; the green zone indicates the strongest suction.
- Non-slip handle: provides a grip for moving the material.
- Release valve: releases the vacuum so the lifter can be detached after use.
Surface requirements and safe use
Attach only to a smooth, clean, non-porous surface. Before every use, check the suction cup for damage, cracks and wear, and ensure it is clean. Before lifting a load, check that the lifter is correctly attached and sufficient vacuum has been established. Do not exceed the maximum lifting capacity, use only for its intended purpose and avoid sudden movements that could detach the suction cup.
A carrying case with two clasps, a plastic protective cover and servicing accessories are included.
