The Newell Perseo-33 Optical Snoot is a dedicated lighting modifier designed to shape and direct light beams for photography and video productions. Outfitted with a universal Bowens mount, it attaches seamlessly to compatible studio fixtures to focus light on specific points, highlight fine details, and produce crisp, controlled edges.
Creative Pattern and Color Control
The snoot comes with 20 GOBO pattern filters, enabling the projection of leaves, window blinds, and distinct geometric motifs directly onto backgrounds or subjects. A specialized magnetic mount secures the metal plates in place and makes filter swaps quick and straightforward. For instant color modification without RGB fixtures, five round effect foils in yellow, green, blue, red, and orange are included.
Focus Precision and Compatibility
An integrated focus adjustment ring lets users fine-tune projection sharpness to suit the required scene aesthetic. Designed around the industry-standard Bowens mount, the Perseo-33 is compatible with a wide selection of studio continuous lights, including Newell RGB Pravaha, Pravaha Max 135, RGB Mitra 180, and Surja 400 LED lamps.
