Choose countryEcoFlow STREAM Ultra X is a 3.84 kWh energy storage unit with a built-in microinverter for using and storing electricity from solar panels. The system prioritises solar power, then stored battery energy, and finally electricity from the grid.
Solar input and expansion
Four MPPT inputs support up to 2 000 W of solar input (4 × 500 W). Low-light technology enables charging in weaker sunlight. The system can expand to 6 units for up to 23 kWh of storage.
- Appliance power: one unit combines up to 1 200 W of solar power with up to 1 100 W from the grid to supply up to 2 300 W. Two units connected in parallel can provide 2 300 W from solar energy.
- Energy management: the EcoFlow app and OASIS let you monitor energy flows and set priorities and schedules. AI Mode uses weather forecasts, dynamic tariffs and your consumption profile.
- Smart home integration: supports EcoFlow smart meters and sockets, plus Shelly, Matter and Tibber. EcoFlow devices can also communicate offline.
Installation and operating conditions
The IP65 housing supports indoor or outdoor installation. Battery heating activates when charging below 5 °C, with an operating temperature range of -20 to 55 °C. Noise is below 30 dB. Overload and overheating protection are built in.
STREAM units can connect to sockets in different locations and are automatically combined for energy distribution. Some app features require a premium subscription. Interchangeable front panels in natural wood and black colours are available separately.

What is included?
The STREAM Ultra X energy storage unit, 8 solar panel extension cables (2.95 m), a STREAM AC cable (1.5 m), PV connector wrench, mounting bracket, locking bracket, safety instructions, installation manual and warranty card. Solar panels are not listed in the package contents.
Is 2 300 W the standalone output of one unit?
No. One unit reaches 2 300 W by combining up to 1 200 W of solar power with up to 1 100 W from the grid. Its nominal and maximum off-grid apparent power is 1 200 VA. Two parallel-connected units can provide 2 300 W from solar energy.
