The Reolink NVS8 is an 8-channel PoE network video recorder (NVR) equipped with an internal 2TB hard drive, designed for around-the-clock security monitoring.
Continuous Recording and Storage
The system supports simultaneous recording from up to 8 cameras. You can set the recorder for 24/7 continuous operation or motion-triggered recording to save storage space on the internal 2TB SATA drive. An external hard drive up to 6TB can also be attached via the e-SATA interface.
Simplified PoE Setup
With Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology, each connected camera receives both power and network data through a single Ethernet cable. The unit provides 8 PoE ports with a total power output of up to 25W.
Access and Compatibility
You can connect the NVR directly to a TV or monitor using HDMI or VGA, or view streams remotely via the free Reolink app, desktop client software, or web browser. The recorder is compatible with Reolink PoE IP cameras supporting resolutions up to 12MP.
