4FIZJO set of 5 resistance tube expanders, approx. 5–14 kg
The 4FIZJO set contains 5 latex resistance tube expanders for warm-ups, strength training and rehabilitation exercises. Colour coding identifies the different resistance levels, ranging from approximately 5 to 14 kg per tube.
Choose your resistance
The fastening system lets you use a single tube or attach several together to increase resistance. The yellow tube provides approximately 5 kg, red 7 kg, blue 9 kg, green 12 kg and black 14 kg. The set supports exercises for the arms, abdomen, back and legs.
Accessories for different exercises
- Handles: 2 handles with foam-covered grips.
- Ankle straps: 2 straps for attaching the tubes during lower-body exercises.
- Door anchor: for securing the expanders at a door.
- Carry bag: for storing and transporting the set.
The tubes measure 115 cm, or 140 cm including the attachment and carabiner. The handle width is 12 cm.
