The 4FIZJO yoga and exercise mat combines natural rubber and PU with a non-slip surface. This blue version measures 183 × 61 cm and is 4 mm thick.
Support for varied workouts

Transport and care
An elastic strap is included for carrying the rolled mat to the gym or outdoor sessions. The mat weighs 2.5 kg.
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth after exercise. For heavier soiling, hand wash at a low temperature and leave to dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or use chemical cleaning products. Store rolled with the top layer facing outwards.
