The 4FIZJO DHARMA yoga wheel provides support for yoga, stretching and balance exercises. This pink and black model has a 32.5 cm diameter and a flexible, non-slip surface.
Use it as a support when stretching the back and opening the chest, or incorporate it into exercises for the arms, legs and abdomen. It can also support leg stretches when working towards the splits.
The ABS and TPE construction features 6 mm foam padding to cushion contact with the body. The wheel is 12.5 cm wide overall, with an 11 cm-wide foam strip.
