Cushioning and grip
NBR foam is a synthetic rubber material that helps separate your body from cold or uneven flooring. The non-slip surface helps reduce movement of the mat during exercise. It can also be used for aerobics, Tabata, strengthening exercises, rehabilitation and physiotherapy sessions.
Carrying and care
An elastic strap is included to hold the rolled mat together and make it easier to carry. Weighing 0.8 kg, the mat is waterproof, does not absorb sweat and is easy to clean after training.
