Choose countryThe EcoFlow RIVER 2 MAX is a portable power station with a 512 Wh LFP battery and 500 W total AC output. Weighing approximately 6 kg, it can be carried for power on the go or used for backup power at home.
Outputs and device power
The AC output delivers a pure sine wave, while X-Boost mode supports devices rated up to 1000 W. Connections include 2 AC sockets, 3 USB-A outputs, 1 USB-C output, 1 vehicle DC output and 2 DC5521 outputs. Backup power mode has a switching time of 30 ms.
- Charging options: recharge from a mains socket, a vehicle electrical system, a solar panel or USB-C.
- Fast charging: charge from 0 to 100% in approximately 60 minutes.
- Solar input: supports up to 220 W; a solar panel is not included.
- EcoFlow app: check charge levels, adjust settings and change charging speeds via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Battery and protection
The battery retains at least 80% capacity after 3000 cycles. Its battery management system continuously monitors voltage, current and temperature. Protection functions cover overheating, short circuits, overvoltage and overcharging. The charging temperature range is 0–45 °C and the discharge temperature range is −10–45 °C.
