Choose countryThe Makita DJV184ZJ is an 18 V LXT cordless pendulum jigsaw supplied with a Makpac case for cutting wood, steel and aluminium. Maximum cutting capacity is 135 mm in wood at 90°, 10 mm in steel and 20 mm in aluminium.
Adjustable cutting action
The pendulum action offers 3 settings plus a neutral position. Stroke rate is adjustable from 0–3000 min⁻¹, with a 23 mm stroke length. The die-cast aluminium base plate tilts 45° to either side for angled cuts.
- Blade changes: tool-free, with a universal mount.
- Cutting visibility: twin LED lighting and cooling airflow that clears the cutting area.
- Dust extraction: supports connection to an external extraction unit.
- Control: electronic regulation and a motor brake.
Included equipment and batteries
The kit contains the DJV184Z jigsaw, Makpac case, suction nozzle, plastic glide shoe, protective cover, B-50 wood blade and hex key. Battery and charger are not included.
BL1890 and BL18120 batteries are not compatible with this tool.
