The 4FIZJO FLAT BAND is a flat latex resistance band for rehabilitation and exercise at home or in a physiotherapy practice. This green version provides medium resistance of 5–8 kg and comes as a 30 m roll that can be cut into lengths to suit individual needs.
Resistance and material
The band is intended for muscle-strengthening, mobility and corrective exercises, including rehabilitation after injuries and surgery, subject to the contraindications below. It provides progressive resistance: the further the band is stretched, the greater the resistance. Made from 100% latex, it is elastic and water-resistant. The band is 15 cm wide and 0.25 mm thick.
Contraindications
Do not use the band if exercise causes pain, in acute conditions, immediately after a joint dislocation or bone fracture, in the presence of swelling, or if you have a latex allergy.
