The 4FIZJO FLAT BAND is an elastic rehabilitation band with light 2–4 kg resistance for exercise at home or in a physiotherapy practice. This red 30 m roll can be cut into lengths suited to individual needs.
Resistance and use
Designed for rehabilitation, muscle-strengthening, joint-mobility and corrective exercises, the band can also be used during recovery after injuries or surgery where no contraindications apply. Its progressive resistance increases as the band is stretched further.
Made from 100% latex, the band is elastic and water-resistant. It measures 15 cm wide and 0.2 mm thick.
Contraindications
Do not use when exercise causes pain, during acute conditions or shortly after a joint dislocation or bone fracture, or in cases of swelling or latex allergy.
