The 4FIZJO FLAT BAND is an elastic rehabilitation band for exercise at home or in a physiotherapy practice. This black version provides very heavy 12–15 kg resistance and comes as a 30 m roll that can be cut into lengths to suit individual needs.
Resistance and exercise use
The band is intended for rehabilitation, muscle strengthening, mobility exercises and corrective gymnastics. Its resistance is progressive: the further the band stretches, the greater the resistance becomes. Take its very heavy resistance level into account when choosing this version.
Material and dimensions
Made from 100% latex, the band is 15 cm wide and 0.4 mm thick. The elastic material is waterproof and resistant to abrasion and cracking. The band is a medical device with CE marking.
