The Yongnuo YN14EX II is a dedicated macro ring flash engineered for Sony cameras. It delivers both automatic TTL flash metering and full manual control, supported by built-in LED focus-assist lamps for precise focusing.
Independent Flash Control
The ring head features two independently adjustable flash tubes with output settings ranging from 1/128 to 1/1. It supports flash exposure compensation, bracketing, flash power ratio adjustments, and second-curtain synchronization. Four included magnetic diffusers allow quick changes to light dispersion and color temperature.
Broad Lens Compatibility and Power
A flexible coiled cable (40-70 cm) connects the control unit to the ring head, which mounts to front lens filter threads via the 7 included adapter rings (49, 52, 55, 58, 62, 67, and 72 mm). Powered by 4 AA batteries with an approximate 3-second recycle time, the flash also includes an external power port, PC sync socket, and a 1/4" tripod mount.
