Choose countryThe Zassenhaus CLASSIC manual drum grater processes cheese, vegetables and nuts with a choice of coarse or fine results. Two interchangeable stainless steel grating drums are included.
A lacquered metal housing, cream finish and beechwood crank give the grater its retro appearance. Turn the crank to operate it manually, while the suction base helps hold it on a smooth work surface. The included pusher helps feed small pieces evenly.
The raised base leaves room for a bowl up to 11.5 cm high underneath, so you can collect grated ingredients directly in the bowl.
