Choose countryThe Ruhhy mandoline cuts vegetables and fruit into slices or julienne strips. Its adjustment knob selects the cutting style and slice thickness, from very thin slices up to 9 mm.
Julienne settings produce strips of approximately 4.5 mm and 9 mm for preparing salads, vegetable side dishes and chips. Stainless steel is the main material, and the folding legs have non-slip feet. The mandoline is manually operated and needs no electricity.
The set includes the mandoline, a safety food holder/pusher, a cleaning brush and packaging.
