Choose countryThe Microplane 3-in-1 ginger grater combines peeling, fine grating and thin slicing in one tool. It lets you prepare fresh ginger in different forms without switching utensils.
A side scraper removes the peel in place of a spoon. The fine stainless steel blade produces an even grate, while a separate sharp slicing blade cuts thin slices for recipes using fresh ginger. An ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip.
The grater has a polished surface and measures 31 cm in length. Rinsing under running water is usually sufficient for cleaning, and it is also dishwasher safe.
