The GL.iNet Comet X (GL-RM4PE) is a remote KVM switch that allows you to manage up to 4 servers or computers using a single device via a web browser or application.
Remote and Local Management
The device provides video transmission at resolutions up to 4K at 30 FPS. HDMI passthrough enables the simultaneous use of a local monitor, while front-facing USB ports accommodate a local mouse and keyboard. Connected servers can also be toggled directly using a button on the front panel.
Touchscreen Monitoring
A built-in 3.69" TFT touchscreen allows you to quickly inspect the IP address, connection status, active sessions, and screen previews of each connected machine, as well as configure essential settings.
PoE Power and Rack Mounting
Comet X can be powered via an Ethernet cable with 802.3af/at PoE support, helping minimize cable clutter in server cabinets. In the event of PoE loss, the unit automatically switches to a backup 5 V USB-C input. The chassis is compatible with 10" and 19" rack installations, with both bracket sets included.
64 GB Onboard Storage
Integrated 64 GB eMMC storage allows you to store ISO images directly on the device, providing readily available media for remote operating system installations and system recovery.
