Use coffee ground specifically for moka pots, avoiding an overly fine grind. Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve without exceeding the maximum filling level, then fill the funnel with coffee without pressing it down. Heat gently on a low setting and turn off the heat once the coffee has risen into the collecting chamber.
This pot is not suitable for induction hobs and must not be cleaned in a dishwasher. The boiler diameter is 68 mm.
