Choose countryThe Bialetti Moka Express Joyful Memories is a blue moka pot for brewing 1 cup of coffee. It combines an aluminium body with a plastic handle and lid knob, plus an easy-to-clean safety valve.
Use coffee ground specifically for moka pots, avoiding an excessively fine grind. Fill the water chamber up to the safety valve without exceeding the maximum filling level, then fill the funnel with coffee without tamping it down. Brew over low heat and switch off the heat once the coffee has risen into the upper collecting chamber.
This moka pot is not suitable for induction hobs and must not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
