Preparing coffee
Use coffee ground specifically for moka pots, avoiding an excessively fine grind. Fill the boiler with water up to the safety valve without exceeding this level. Fill the funnel with coffee without pressing it down, then heat over a low heat. Turn off the heat once the coffee has risen into the collecting chamber.
Compatibility and care
This moka pot is not suitable for induction hobs and must not be washed in a dishwasher.
