Choose countryThe Bialetti Moka Express Italia Tricolore is a stovetop moka pot for preparing 3 cups of coffee. This version features Italy’s national colours, a silicone handle and an easy-to-clean safety valve.
Use coffee ground specifically for moka pots, avoiding an excessively fine grind. Fill the water chamber up to the safety valve without exceeding the maximum filling level, then fill the funnel with coffee without pressing it down. Heat gently on a low setting and turn off the heat once the coffee has risen into the upper chamber.
Use limitations: this pot is not suitable for induction hobs and must not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
