Choose countryThe Bialetti Moka Express is a red stovetop moka pot for making 1 cup of coffee. It has an aluminium body, a plastic handle and lid knob, and an easy-to-clean safety valve.
Use coffee ground specifically for moka pots, avoiding an excessively fine grind. Fill the water chamber up to the safety valve without exceeding this level, then fill the funnel with coffee without pressing it down. Heat gently and turn off the heat once the coffee has risen into the upper collection chamber.
Use limitations: this pot is not suitable for induction hobs and is not dishwasher-safe.
