Construction and brewing
The aluminium body distributes heat evenly, while the handle and lid knob are made from heat-resistant thermoplastic. An easy-to-clean safety valve simplifies maintenance. Brew without tamping the ground coffee.
Hob compatibility and cleaning
- Gas and electric hobs: suitable for use on both types.
- Induction hobs: requires a Bialetti induction plate adapter, sold separately.
- Cleaning: rinse with water only, without detergent. The pot is not dishwasher-safe.
