The Ulanzi VL120 is a compact RGB LED light for product photography, portraits, video recording and live streaming. Its white housing is about the size of a small smartphone, while the removable silicone diffuser softens and spreads the light to reduce harsh shadows.
Adjustable white and coloured light
Set the colour temperature from 2500 to 9000 K or choose a hue across the 0–359° HSI range. The light also suits close-up work with models, dioramas and small product arrangements.
- Light output: CRI ≥ 95 and illuminance of 1250 lx at 0.3 m.
- Creative effects: 20 presets include police car, ambulance, TV, candle and strobe simulations, with adjustable effect intensity.
- Setting control: a backlit screen helps you manage the lighting settings.
Power and mounting
The built-in 5000 mAh battery provides 1.5–3 h of operation, with up to 1.5 h at maximum brightness. Charge through USB-C using, for example, a power bank or smartphone charger. A 1/4" female thread supports tripod mounting, and the included cold shoe adapter lets you attach the light to a camera shoe.
