Materials and storage
The forged knives have stainless steel blades, plastic handles and a seamless transition from blade to handle. The block measures 225 x 120 x 376 mm; the listed weight is 3200 g.
The knives are dishwasher suitable. Care guidance recommends cleaning them immediately after use, particularly after cutting acidic foods, and avoiding corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. Stone and ceramic cutting boards damage and dull the blades.

Does the set contain six knives?
No. It contains five knives: a 20 cm chef's knife, a 17 cm hollow-edge Santoku, a 15 cm carving knife, a 12 cm steak knife and an 8 cm paring knife. Universal kitchen scissors are the sixth utensil. A beech storage block is also included.
