The Opinel Facette set includes four table knives with ash wood handles and smooth stainless steel blades. Each blade is 11 cm long and easy to resharpen.

The blades have a hardness of 55–57 HRC. Their European stainless steel resists corrosion, although prolonged contact with aggressive substances can compromise that resistance. The handles use ash from the Jura forests, a pale wood with a regular grain.

Wash the knives by hand. They are not suitable for the dishwasher.
