Precise Heat Pressing Without Manual Effort
The heat press delivers automatic downward pressure up to 100 kg, eliminating the need for manual lever operation. A working clearance of up to 75 mm accommodates thicker garments such as hoodies. Digital pressure adjustment in 1 kg increments, temperature tuning in 1°C steps, high-density heating tubes, and laser alignment ensure accurate and uniform heat transfer across both stations.
xTool Craft Oven for DTF Curing and Baking
The included xTool Craft Oven accommodates DTF films up to 432 × 432 mm with curing cycles starting at 3 minutes per film. The 398 × 158 × 80 mm chamber also supports heat-shrink sublimation for up to 3 mugs simultaneously, shrink plastic projects, acrylic bending, and polymer clay. A built-in three-layer filtration system featuring H11, activated carbon, and H13 HEPA filters captures up to 99.95% of DTF fumes directly during operation.
xTool 3D Form Module for Curved Sublimation and Vacuum Forming
Equipped with an internal vacuum pump, the 3D Form module conforms film to curved substrates across an area of up to 122 × 229 mm for items like phone cases. It also supports vacuum sheet forming up to -90 kPa over a 250 × 195 mm area with a draw height up to 90 mm, monitored in real time by an infrared temperature sensor.
Intuitive Modular Operation
Switching between modules requires no tools or disassembly, and the base automatically detects the attached unit. The machine features a 45.7 mm screen, a rotary dial, 35 onboard offline presets, xTool Studio app integration, and automatic standby safety.
