Two striking faces for different materials
The 80 mm diameter head combines a black rubber-composition insert with a white Superplastic insert. The rubber face dampens impacts and protects sensitive surfaces, while the plastic face delivers greater impact force for harder materials.
- Handle: wood dampens vibration, while the double-coated grip area resists dirt.
- Housing: malleable cast iron provides stability, with an integrated protective sleeve shielding the handle under load.
- Upright standing: a foot incorporated into the rubber insert lets the mallet stand upright for easier pickup.
- Replaceable components: allow adaptation and continued use by replacing individual parts.
The mallet has an overall length of 280 mm and weighs 2 720 g.
