Frame and Construction
The structure is made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel Omega profiles (56 mm wide) assembled with M5 screws. Each arch includes reinforcing profiles and is anchored directly into the ground at a depth of 35 cm. The frame withstands a snow load of up to 220 kg/m2.
Covering and Ventilation
Covered with 4 mm cellular polycarbonate sheets fastened with screws and 40 mm plastic washers. Roof and wall panels connect using specialized aluminum and H-profiles, while sheet ends are sealed with aluminum foil tape to keep dust and dirt out of the channels. Ventilation is provided by a two-part front door and two windows.
