The frame is constructed from 1 mm thick galvanized steel square profiles measuring 20x20 mm. Arches are positioned at 0.67 m intervals and assembled with M5 screws via the KRAB connection system. Each arch anchors 35 cm into the ground, achieving a snow load capacity of 220 kg/m².

Integrated Foundation and Polycarbonate Covering

Each unit includes a 10 cm high metal base that enhances structural rigidity and keeps the polycarbonate panels elevated above soil contact. The 4 mm twin-wall polycarbonate covering features UV protection, approximately 85% light transmission, and impact resistance against hail.
