Frame and Construction
The structure is built from 1 mm thick galvanized steel square profiles measuring 20x20 mm, assembled with M5 screws using the KRAB system. The arches are spaced 0.67 m apart and anchor 35 cm into the ground, supporting a snow load of up to 220 kg/m².
Foundation and Covering
KLASIKA TUBE comes with a 10 cm high metal base that enhances frame rigidity and keeps the polycarbonate sheets from touching the soil. The 6 mm cellular polycarbonate covering provides thermal insulation, impact and hail resistance, approximately 85% light transmission, and built-in UV protection.
