It features a sturdy framework built from 1 mm thick galvanized steel Omega-shaped profiles assembled with M5 screws. The arches are placed at 0.67 m intervals and reinforced with dedicated strengthening profiles.
Frame and Foundation
The greenhouse includes a 10 cm high galvanized metal foundation base that increases structural rigidity and prevents the polycarbonate sheets from coming into direct contact with the ground. Each arch is anchored into the soil to a depth of 35 cm, allowing the structure to withstand a snow load of up to 240 kg/m².
Covering and Ventilation
The structure is covered with 6 mm thick impact- and hail-resistant cellular polycarbonate with UV stabilizers to protect plants from harsh direct sunlight while providing approximately 85% light transmission. For temperature control and airflow, it includes one split double-sided door and five roof vents equipped with automatic openers.
