Frame and Construction
The frame is made from 1mm thick galvanized metal omega profiles (56mm wide, formed from 78mm strips) assembled using M5 screws. It includes a 10cm high metal base foundation that reinforces the entire structure and keeps the polycarbonate panels elevated above the ground. Arches are spaced 0.67m apart with reinforcement profiles, allowing the frame to support a snow load of up to 240 kg/m². Each arch anchors into the soil at a depth of 35cm.
Covering and Ventilation
The greenhouse is covered with 6mm cellular polycarbonate providing approximately 85% light transmission and UV stabilizers to protect plants from direct sunlight damage. For climate control, the set includes 3 roof vents with automatic openers and a double-sided door.
