Frame Construction
The structure is built from 1 mm thick galvanized metal Omega profiles with a 56 mm width. Arches are positioned 1 m apart and equipped with reinforcing profiles. Anchoring is achieved by setting each arch 35 cm into the ground, supporting a snow load of up to 240 kg/m2.
Covering and Ventilation
The greenhouse is covered with 4 mm cellular polycarbonate featuring UV stabilizers and approximately 85% light transmission. Polycarbonate sheets are secured using M5 screws and 40 mm plastic washers. The setup includes one split two-part door and two windows for ventilation.
