Durable Galvanized Frame
The frame is constructed from 1 mm thick galvanized metal using 56 mm wide Omega profiles. Arches are positioned 1 m apart and supported by reinforcement profiles. The structure withstands a snow load of up to 240 kg/m² and anchors securely by sinking each arch 35 cm into the ground.
6 mm Polycarbonate Cladding
The 6 mm cellular polycarbonate covering provides thermal insulation, impact resistance, and hail protection. Offering approximately 85% light transmission, it includes UV stabilizers to shield crops from direct sunlight. The sheets are fastened using M5 screws paired with 40 mm plastic washers.
