Galvanized Frame Construction
The structure is built from 1 mm thick galvanized metal Omega profiles with a width of 56 mm (manufactured from 78 mm steel strips). Arch reinforcement profiles strengthen the framework against weather conditions, supporting a snow load of up to 240 kg/m². Arches are spaced 1 m apart and anchored 35 cm deep into the ground.
6 mm Cellular Polycarbonate Covering
The greenhouse features impact- and hail-resistant 6 mm cellular polycarbonate panels backed by a 10-year warranty:
- Approximately 85% light transmission ensures ample natural sunlight for crops.
- Built-in UV stabilizers protect plants from harmful direct sun rays.
- Sheets are secured using M5 screws paired with D40 mm plastic washers.
