Choose countryRuhhy cake collar film helps create smooth, even sides on cakes, no-bake cheesecakes and layered desserts. The 20 cm width accommodates taller desserts, while the 10 m roll can be cut to suit the size of your mould.
The transparent PET material keeps the layers visible during assembly. Once cream, mousse or jelly has set, the film makes it easier to remove the dessert from its mould with less risk of damaging the sides. It is intended for food contact with chilled or room-temperature cakes and desserts.
Use and safety
- No heating: do not use in an oven or microwave, on a grill or hob, or in contact with heating elements or an open flame.
- Food contact: do not use cracked, heavily creased, discoloured or contaminated film. Cut off and discard dirty sections; replace torn or heavily soiled packaging.
- Suffocation hazard: keep the film and packaging away from children and infants. Never place them over the head or face.
- Disposal: do not burn, as harmful fumes may be released. Do not flush down the toilet or discard in the environment; dispose of as plastic waste in accordance with local regulations.
