Decorate, display and serve
The stand turns smoothly in either direction, making it suitable for right- and left-handed use. Turn the cake with one hand while guiding a spatula along its surface with the other.
- Centring guides: embossed 28, 23 and 14 cm markings help position sponge cakes and plan decorations.
- Removable foot: the supporting foot can be detached.
- Food contact: the stand is approved for direct food contact and can be used for decorating, displaying and serving cakes.
Safe use
Place the stand on a flat, stable surface. Do not place very heavy food or objects on it or overload it, as this may cause it to tip over. Before use, check that the stand is intact, the rotating mechanism moves smoothly and the spatulas have no cracks or sharp edges. Do not turn the stand with excessive force or use sharp tools directly on its surface, as they may scratch it. Use only for its intended purpose.
