The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC128D35 is a two-zone induction hob with a total power output of 3 500 W. Independent touch controls let you prepare two dishes simultaneously with different settings.

Adjustable heating and cooking time

Left zone: up to 2 000 W with 20 power levels.
Right zone: up to 1 500 W with 15 power levels.
Temperature: 20 temperature settings are available.
Timer: set an operating time of up to 4 hours; heating stops when the selected time has elapsed.

A German-made IGBT circuit controls the induction process, while two fans help dissipate heat from inside the appliance.

Cookware compatibility and surface

Use induction-compatible cookware with a flat, magnetic base measuring 12–24 cm in diameter. Suitable materials include magnetic stainless steel, cast iron and enamelled steel.

The hob measures 538 × 310 × 68 mm and has a 1.2 m power cord. Its smooth glass surface can be wiped clean after operation has ended and the hob has cooled down.
