Choose countryThis children’s swing combines a round disc seat with a wooden trapeze bar above it. Children can sit, swing in different directions, grip the bar or hang from it. It is intended for one child, with a maximum load of 75 kg.
Disc seat and trapeze bar
The blue contoured seat is approximately 30 cm in diameter, with rounded edges and a rope running through its centre. The wooden bar is approximately 40 cm long. Braided ropes connect the seat, bar and upper metal ring as a single assembly measuring approximately 190 cm in total length.
- Two functions: a disc swing and trapeze bar for active play.
- Suspension: the upper metal ring connects to a suitable mounting fitting.
- Rope connections: black covers protect the joining points.
- Use locations: gardens, terraces or suitably prepared indoor spaces.
Installation and supervision
Hang the swing from a stable beam, supporting structure or compatible swing frame suitable for the load. Select mounting hardware to match the support. Keep clear space in front, behind and on both sides, away from walls, furniture, stones, fences and other hard obstacles. Choose a height that allows the child to get onto the seat without their feet touching the ground while swinging.
Use only under adult supervision. Before every use, check the ropes, knots, covers, seat, bar, ring and mounting point, and ensure the rope runs correctly through the centre of the seat. Prolonged exposure to rain is not recommended. Out of season, clean and dry the swing, take it down and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
