Zortiva walnut cookie mould for gas hobs, 16 cavities
The Zortiva walnut cookie mould makes cookie shells on a gas hob without an electric cookie maker. Its 16 shaped cavities produce 16 halves per batch, enough to assemble 8 complete walnut-shaped cookies.
Place portions of dough in the cavities and close the two-part mould. Bake on one side, then turn it over to cook the other. The aluminium construction conducts heat well, while the wooden handles help you hold the mould when turning it. The cavities give the cookies their distinctive walnut-shell pattern.
Fill the baked halves with caramelised condensed milk, nut cream, cocoa cream or custard, then join them in pairs. The set contains the two-part mould with 2 integrated wooden handles and the original packaging.
