The steel distributes heat evenly to support uniform baking. The tin has an external diameter of 32 cm and an internal height of 3 cm.
Use in the oven at temperatures up to 220 °C. It is not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use. Do not use metal utensils in the tin; wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.
