Closure and coating
The SafeClick mechanism prevents leakage, while the large ergonomic grip surface makes the pan easier to open and close. The ceramic KAIRAMIC non-stick coating helps release baked goods and simplifies cleaning. A hard glass lacquer coating and cut-resistant steel base protect against cutting marks.
