The push-out base lifts from below to help remove your pizza or quiche from the pan. This black pan is 2.5 cm high and can be used at temperatures up to 230 °C.
The pan is not leak-proof, and the base is not cut-resistant. Wash it by hand; it is not suitable for the dishwasher.
