The De Buyer RETT. FORATO is a rectangular perforated baking tin for sweet and savoury quiches and tarts. It measures 35 × 10.5 × 3.5 cm internally and has a removable base to make demoulding easier.

Made from stainless steel for intensive use in professional kitchens, the tin has evenly distributed 2 mm perforations that support even baking. It dismantles for cleaning and is dishwasher-safe.

A non-stick baking film tailored to the tin is included. The film can be reused more than 200 times and is suitable for temperatures from -170 to +260 °C. The tin can be used with or without the film.
