Choose countryThe De Buyer PLUMCAKE FORATO is a rectangular stainless steel loaf tin for sweet and savoury cakes. Its removable base makes it easier to release the bake and clean the tin.
Perforated design with removable liners
Perforations measuring 2 mm across the surface help promote even baking. The tin is suitable for intensive professional use and for both hot and cold preparations.
Two non-stick baking liners are included, cut to fit the tin. Each can be reused over 200 times at temperatures from -170 °C to +260 °C. The steel tin can also be used without a liner.
Size and care
Internal dimensions are 26 × 10.3 × 7.2 cm, with overall dimensions of 27.7 × 12 × 7.5 cm. The stainless steel tin is dishwasher safe.
