Choose countryThe De Buyer PERFORATA INOX is a rectangular stainless steel baking tray with bevelled edges and 3 mm perforations. Use it for small pastries, biscuits, pizza, galettes, tray bakes and small dishes.
The perforations allow air to circulate, while even heat distribution and transfer support even baking. Particularly suited to convection ovens, the tray can be used with a silicone mat, other baking trays and silicone moulds. Its construction is robust, lightweight and dimensionally stable.
This 40x30 cm variant measures 39.5 × 29.5 cm overall, with internal dimensions of 37.4 × 27.4 cm. It is dishwasher safe.
Usage restrictions: do not use for liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Do not heat or overheat the tray when empty.
