The steel distributes heat evenly to support uniform baking. The tin has an external diameter of 28 cm and an internal height of 3 cm.
Use and care
Use in the oven at temperatures up to 220°C. The tin is not suitable for microwave use. Do not use metal utensils inside it. Hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge; it is not dishwasher-safe.
