Choose countryThis De Buyer fluted steel tin is suitable for baking tarts, sponge bases, pies and quiches. Its non-stick coating and removable base make it easier to release the finished bake.
The steel distributes heat evenly and helps the dough caramelise. The tin has an outer diameter of 20 cm, an inner diameter of 19.8 cm at the top and an internal height of 2 cm.
Use and care
- Grease the tin before use.
- Use in an oven up to a maximum of 220 °C. Not suitable for microwave use.
- Do not use metal utensils inside the tin.
- Wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher-safe.
